As part of their store renovations, Major Plymouth discount store, Chaplins needed to address the large conservatory forming the entrance vestible to their main store area.
Years of use and little maintenance was beginning to show, the whole structure and particularly the roof was impregnated with grime caused by close proximity to the car park and main Plymouth to Paddington railway line. In addition the entrance doors were beyond repair and a possible Health and Safety hazard.

AGS Conservatory Doctor was contracted to carry out renovations, replacing both sets of double doors, broken hinges and handles and to carry out a full health check. The whole structure was then pressure washed resulting in a revitalised conservatory and saving Chaplins the many thousands of pounds it would have cost to replace.
